• Weekly check- ins: Regular, short check- ins to track progress (email, text, or app-based)
• Motivational Message: Daily/weekly motivational messages
• Progress Tracking: Monthly progress reports or assessments
• Group Access: Access to a community group for extra support (optional)
• In-Person Meet-ups: Join Group or single hikes or walks for clients who want company and support while staying active.
• Virtual Meet-ups: If Clients prefer to hike or walk alone, but still need that extra push, you can be there virtually through phone calls or FaceTime to motivate and encourage them in real-time.             

                   Phone Support:                                                 Stay on the phone during their outdoor       activities, offering  motivation and conversation.

                   FaceTime Check-ins:                                    Video chat for live encouragement,           accountability, or even some tips.
